We're serious about ensuring you and your family have the most fantastic time during your short break or day out with us at the Alton Towers Resort.  Customer feedback is not just welcomed - it's crucial to our development as we make decisions based upon the opinions and suggestions that come directly from you  - our guests! 

In order to drive forward new developments, we have launched the FAMILY FEEDBACK FORUM and are looking for six families to meet with the Alton Towers Management Team at least three times over the course of 2008 to discuss a variety of topics, covering everything from the rides and attractions in the Theme Park, the facilities within our two Hotels. the tropical Waterpark, the luxurious Spa and much more! 

So, if you have escaped to the Alton Towers Resort recently with your family and found yourself leaving bursting with comments and suggestions of how to make your visit even more fun packed, this could be a great opportunity to share your ideas and who knows, on your next visit you may find that your ideas have been implemented for all to share!
